I had Botox 2 weeks ago and 2 days after injection. I have had a horrible sinus headache and pressure in my head and face?

Hi there,I would advise you to go to the doctor to have your symptoms looked at. Botox usually doesn't cause these types of symptoms and it might be something severe that randomly came up after your treatment

It's unlikely your Botox is the cause of you symptoms. These symptoms sound severe and I think you need to visit your doctor again right away. A stiff neck is an especially concerning symptom. Go right away. Best wishes, Dr. Aldo

In the initial clinical trials some patients did experience headache and it is reported infrequently now.  It is not certain as to the cause but it should go away in a day or so and is of no significance

Some people do experience a transient headache immediately after receiving Botox. However, it does not sound like what you are experiencing. I would follow up with your primary care physician or ENT to discuss your issues and receive further workup.
