21 year old female. I wanted a more lifted look. Would Botox help?

Hello and thank you for your question.  The
best advice you can receive is from an in-person consultation.  With that
being said, based on your photographs, the best shape and contour could be
achieved with voluma injection into your cheekbones rather than botox.   Make sure you specifically look
at before and after pictures of real patients who have had this surgery
performed by your surgeon and evaluate their results.   The most
important aspect is to find a surgeon you are comfortable with. I recommend
that you seek consultation with a qualified board-certified plastic surgeon who
can evaluate you in person.

You are very pretty, I do not see any volume loss or sagging in any area based on your photo. 
The facial beauty and symmetry can be mathematically calculated based on Da Vinci's concept, known as "phi" ( the golden ratio) which describes facial proportions, by following that  principle one can precisely restore the symmetry  and contour the face with injectables such as fillers and Botox.

To lift the jowls and add cheekbones it would be more of a filler that would provide that and possible in the marionettes to soften the jowl area. What I would recommend is using voluma for this.  from your picture you do  have a bit of a square jaw and to have more of a heart shaped lower face it would be botox in the masseter muscle to help soften this.
