I want to get a smaller and more defined body like the picture attached. Is this possible with lipo? I’ve attached my current and dream body pics.

Liposuction is used to remove excess fatty tissue in order to sculpt and define your shape.  The amount of change you can expect varies on the amount of fat you have as well as your anatomy.  Your bone structure is set and cannot be changed with liposuction.  I encourage you to meet with a board certified plastic surgeon near you to discuss the procedure and what you can anticipate in terms of results.

Based on these photos, I have no doubt that you can achieve this result with weight loss (10 lb.?). Other option would be to do conservative liposuction. In person consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon is recommended.
