Hi doctors! I have this "pouch" of skin underneath my chin and jaw. It is genetic as my mother has it too and no matter how much weight I lose it still remains there. I also have a bit of excess fat around my jaw and chin around my lips that give me these dimples or indents around my chin when I smile. I am a 20 year old female and am curious what procedure I would need to achieve a V-shaped face and more prominent jawline. Hope you can help!
