Hi there! I see what you're talking about. You have beautiful features so I would caution against anything that is overly invasive or aggressive. A great option for improvement along the jawline and under the chin is Morpheus8. This is microneedling RF which helps to tighten the collagen and skin. The dimpling near the mouth may respond well to fillers or fat transfer. I would advise against any liposuction as it can create further dimpling or deformity given how thin you are. Dynamic dimples are from the impact a facial a muscle expressions and are normal. We don’t make assessments based on dynamic facial expressions because they will most likely cause some negative consequence when you’re not making the expressions.
I think you should stay away from plastic surgeons officers for as long as possible.
If you’re not doing so already you should wear sunscreen every day and avoid any excess of sun exposure.
