I had my surgery feb2022 355CCmoderate profile Breast implants. After settling my right breast dropped really low. Making it look really saggy.August2022 I had a revision to lift that breast up with a areola lift method. My surgery told me that after that my Breast will eveno with the other one and they will look so so symmetrical.Well that wasn’t the case. After the revision the right boob started shifting down wards again and at this point I am super unhappy with my results.what can be happenig?
Answer: Breast implants Your degree of asymmetry is not bad at all. You could have a full lift done but it’s not worth the scars and probably still won’t be perfectly symmetrical

Answer: Asymmetry We are all asymmetrical to some degree and yours isn't too bad. The shift could be from the skin envelope not being strong enough to support the implant. You may be a candidate for mesh to give better support. You could consider possibly a smaller implant. Always be sure to use a good supportive bra especially when exercising.

Answer: Breast asymmetry after augmentation It would be very difficult to give you a good advise without in person evaluation. Consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon with good reputation in breast surgery is recommended. Good luck.

Answer: Breasts Your tissue is not supporting the weight of the implant well and you would do better with an internal mesh bra to give support. Also, while healing, avoid heavy lifting.

Answer: BA results Dear Kayah85fl, I understand your concern. However, without a proper assessment, it would be difficult to determine what went wrong. It is best that you visit your plastic surgeon for further assessment or ask for a second opinion. Only after a thorough examination, you can get proper recommendations and advice.
