Was my tuberous breast correction done right? (photos)

I had surgery a little over six months ago and I’m not happy with my results my surgeon says they look great but I can tell my right breast is still smaller and pointy by the nipple and looks kinda strange under the nipple was my tuberous breast correction done right when I asked my surgeon about it he’s said it was because I didn’t have enough breast tissue the implant was placed under the muscle and he placed the same size implant in both even though my right was smaller weird I thought
