I have done my hair trasplant in turkey 1 month ago. My front trasplant is looking better but my donor area is still sensitive pinki red. Sometimes it hurt. feel lumps. It's been 4 weeks I talk to dr thy said more 2 to 4 weeks it will better. But I feel my hair is very less in side donor area. Any advice on this please. Also my transplanted hair is shredding now is it normal? My doctor said it will shred in 3 months and then new hair comes,

it could take a few months for the hair in the donor area to fully regrow.However,if the area was overharvested than the appearance might not change.How many grafts were harvested?

The donor area will have less hair after surgery since the donor hair has been removed. If you feel what you are seeing is worse than expected it is best to contact your doctor.The photos look like the area was over harvested.

I don't know how many grafts you had, but the picture of your donor area looks like it is donor hair depleted possibly from too large an FUE session, which suggests that a lot of grafts was removed from the donor area, too much for your donor density.  If this does not get better in the next 4 months, you may have a problem in the donor area. The only solution for this problem is scalp micropigmentation. See below
