1 month after FUE hair transplant, I feel my donor area has less hair (Photo)

I have done my hair trasplant in turkey 1 month ago. My front trasplant is looking better but my donor area is still sensitive pinki red. Sometimes it hurt. feel lumps. It's been 4 weeks I talk to dr thy said more 2 to 4 weeks it will better. But I feel my hair is very less in side donor area. Any advice on this please. Also my transplanted hair is shredding now is it normal? My doctor said it will shred in 3 months and then new hair comes,

Thank you for the photos.  3-4 months is late to shed, but its's also unlikely that your follicles aren't integrated into the scalp by now.  Follow up with your doctor who can examine you.

It is best to ask your surgeon about post operative care as each doctor has their unique regimen.  Direct sunlight on a fresh wound can discolor your skin.

They are most likely scabs or dried up grafts.  They are most likely scabs but it would be difficult to tell as some do look like dried up grafts.
