Had FUE done 24 days ago, not all hair has shed. Can I pluck these hairs? (photo)

It is best to ask your surgeon about post operative care as each doctor has their unique regimen.  Most doctors would say don't pluck out the hairs.

I would pluck the hairs gently; most should come out easily, if not, then they can be left in.  The reason to pull them is to prevent inflammation that may be cause by the hair fragments.

Thank you for asking this question.Please don’t pluck it out intentionally. I am sure you might been given all the information of about how the transplant will go post-procedure by your Plastic surgeon. There is nothing that can speed up the shedding. Usually hair shedding takes places from the 2nd week to the 6th week of transplant. But it has been known to occur sooner or later as much as 6th month from the hair transplantation. Pulling it out intentionally might damage the hair follicle. Hair growth is a gradual process and need around 9 to 10 months to show the entire result.
