Are these failed grafts popping out 3 to 4 months post FUE? (photos)

I am 4 months post FUE with just under 3000 grafts. Unfortunately, I didn't know any better and had the operation done in Turkey at one of "those" clinics. I am seeing some growth, but I know it's still early. On my crown, I am occasionally getting a few bumps over the past month, which I can only assume are failed grafts. Please take a look at these pictures and let me know your opinion. I don't have communication access with the clinic, so just looking for some opinions before I find a doc.
