Hi, I received a 2500 graft FUE surgery on February 1st, 2018. I'm almost 4.5 months (132 days) post-op. I'm curious/concerned about my hair growth so far. I'm concerned because I'm a bit thicker on my left temporal side than my right, and I didn't know if that's common. Is the right side going to catch up to the left? I've attached some photos for your review, but I'm not sure how good the lighting is! The density and thickness has me a concerned, any help is greatly appreciated! Thank you!

Shedding of the recently transplanted hairs post-surgery is normal. In a healthy, successful, normally healing hair transplant procedure, we typically see shedding of transplanted hairs as soon as 1 day post-op to 1 month post-op. Keep in mind this isn’t the graft or follicle that’s she...
At between 3-4 months most of the shedding should have been completed, but clearly in your case, there appears to still be some grafts that are shedding late.
It is best to ask your surgeon about post operative care as each doctor has their unique regimen. Direct sunlight on a fresh wound can discolor your skin.
