Are polyurethane breast implants difficult to remove and replace?

I had a breast revision after 22 good years (Natrelle ) my surgeon replaced then in January with Slimed polyurethane implants They have been placed too high and too wide apart resulting in creasing tightness discomfort and a nipped pointing down with hanging tissue beneath I have been told that to replace them will have to have them cut out and will lose breast tissue and then have to let everything heal for a few months before new ones can be inserted In your opinion is this what has to be done?
