Thankyou for your question! I have had a lot of success with under eye hollows and darkness using nano-fat grafting, even in post operative situations. You would, however, need a careful analysis of the cause of your persistent under eye darkness. Please discuss this with your surgeon who can analyse your problem and help you with your concerns.
