However, in your case I would most likely recommend leaving the brow where it is.For the female brow the aesthetic goal is to position the brow at or up to 2cm above the supraorbital rim (bone). You have minimal to no signs of brow descent / ptosis and no signs of compensation with the muscles of your forehead. Furthermore brow lift adds expense, recovery time, and incisions that take time to heal. The goal for your upper blepharoplasty will be to open up the eyes so that you appear more rested and content. I would recommend increasing the exposure of the tarsal plate to the aesthetic goal of 2-4 mm. You currently do have hooding of the eyelid that makes that number about 1 mm (distance from the eyelid margin to the overhanging skin. Good luck with your next steps!
