For unique cases where a variety of modalities could be used to treat the condition, I would suggest an in person or virtual consultation to develop a custom and effective treatment plan. It is difficult to precisely define the best option without collecting the same information. I suggest reaching out to an expert for a consultation with surgical and non-surgical methods to get a comprehensive option. Best, Dr. Emer.
Orbital hypertelorism, the medical term for when the eyes (and eye sockets) are wide apart, is not something that is easy to fix. At the very least, it would require breaking the the bones of the nose and eye socket and resetting them, with potential for double vision and damage to the tear duct system. But often the surgery is even more complex craniofacial surgery requiring the help of a neurosurgeon in addition to a craniofacial plastic and reconstructive surgeon. This is not a surgery that is done for mild, cosmetic cases such as yours. You have very normal, attractive features that are often seen in models and actors. Enjoy your unique features and stay away from the surgical knife!
This is a very interesting question as indeed there is a wide range of distances between peoples eyes. There are terms we use such as "hypertelorism" or "orbital hypertelorism". As a craniofacial plastic surgeon there are a variety of surgeries that we utilize to move the eyes closer together. These are typically performed in patients that have craniofacial anomalies and performed at a younger age. The surgeries performed are quite invasive, box osteotomies, and facial bipartition surgeries for example.Fortunately for you the distance of your eyes is actually considered quite attractive and I would advise against these interventions in your case. Consider some of the most attractive people in history have wide set eyes see Jacqueline Kennedy Onassis and many many others! Take a look for yourself.Hopefully this information will let you see your eye position as an aesthetic asset that enhances your beauty.Best regards
You can consider adding filler or fat grafting to improve hollow eyelids. You will want to wait at least three months before considering further surgery to allow for healing. Speak to your surgeon about your concerns.

As we age, our eyelids naturally sag and droop. A combination approach would be best to see visible improvement. In terms of non-surgical treatment options, I would recommend a Chemical Brow Lift (using Botox, Dysport, Xeomin, or Jeuveau) and filler injections to rejuvenate the temples, eyebrow,...
