Will Botox or filler stop my top lip curling inwards when I talk & help uneven lips? (Photos)

My top lip becomes flat and curls inwards when I talk. My lip is more visible and quite full when smiling and also when I am not talking. I have seen people have the 'lip flip' procedure for a gummy smile and wonder whether this could be effective? My lips are also uneven, could filler improve them? I am attaching a photos, a screenshot from a video where I was talking and a photo of my lips when not talking.
