Burning, swelling and tenderness. Do I have a ruptured implant? (photo)

2447anon
Hi I am 51 years old and had my implants 15 years ago. They are Allergan MHP 340 CC. Recently I have experienced swelling in my right breast and some tenderness , especially at the top where it is more swollen (on occasion feels like burning) and my nipples . There are no lumps. This has developed over the last 2 weeks. Does this sound like a rupture or could it be some other reason? I am booked in for a scan through my GP but it is not for another 2 weeks. If I need to have them replaced would it be possible to go slightly smaller without having excess skin or would I require an uplift? Thank you.
