I've lost 80 lbs 4 years ago after having gastric sleeve surgery. I'd like advice on if I would be a good candidate for a TT & Bra line back lift. I'm 5'7", 170 lbs.

Answer: Tummy tuck and bra line back lift I am sure that the procedures, that you refer, will give you a very good result if well performed. You are an ideal candidate for tummy tuck. Bra line back lift will be helpful as well.

Answer: Back lift combined with The Bellesoma No Vertical Scar Breast Lift Yes, a tummy tuck and bra line back lift would help you achieve your goal. However, your breasts need to be addressed as well. The technique I recommend for your breasts is The Bellesoma Method. This will reshape your breast tissue creating upper pole fullness without implants, elevate them higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage. Vertical scars are avoided, nipple sensation and the ability to breast feed are maintained. The breast lift incision is continued onto the back. After completing the breast and back lift, you can then undergo the tummy tuck. If you are not planning future pregnancies, I recommend abdominoplasty with mesh reinforcement. The mesh creates a more hourglass figure by compressing the abdominal wall resulting in early satiety and helps maintain a reduced weight. Patients who have undergone bypass surgery frequently rebound after surgery and gain weight. The mesh may help prevent rebound.Best Wishes,Gary Horndeski, M.D.
