I just want to know what’s the best position for sleep with out making it worse and helping it get reabsorbed by the body I do leave my compression on 24/7 off only for showers? Is flat better is semi Fowler’s, side, fetal position.

Answer: Sleeping position Great question! There really isn't a specific position that will help increase the reabsorbing of the seroma or prevent it from occurring. Answer: Sleep Position after Tummy Tuck I would recommend that you sleep on your back in a semi flexed position. This take stress off of your muscle repair and keep you comfortable. Compression should be worn at all times except for showering. The compression controls swelling, helps shape and improves comfort level due to he support it lends Best wishes
