Revision rhinoplasty for a softer appearance or would another procedure be better? (Photos)
I am 25 y/o female and had primary rhinoplasty 3 years ago. It was an awkward experience, because the surgeon raised my tip although i asked him specifically for a straught profile, not a scooped one. He advised the tip would drop and whilst it did, the profile is still more scooped than i had hoped for, having drastically reduced my bridge. I have thick skin, so i was aware that i wouldn't get a super refined result - however i think by shaving down so much of my bridge, there is now little definition from the front profile and it looks wide / flat, and my tip already had this issue anyway. I think it makes my face look masculine, and have had comments on this - but i'm also unsure whether that is just my structure and i would benefit from another procedure instead of revision rhinoplasty. Attached photos for reference.
