Hello @hpovio, thank you for your question. It is possible to do a revision and reposition the mammary tissue with minimal scarring improving the overall proportion and correcting the nipples. This will create overall harmony and this can be made with an L shape incision so you won't have scars in the cleavage area. I would highly recommend a revisionary breast surgery with a smaller implant, internal bra (Galaflex) for support, and another anchor-pattern type mastopexy.

Hello! Unfortunately, it appears that your breast tissue/implant have bottomed and you have poor scarring as a result of your cosmetic procedures. I would ask what size implants were placed initially and if they were placed above or below the muscle. In these circumstances, I typically consult my patients and recommend a revision breast augmentation/mastopexy w/ capsule work which includes reinforcing your breast crease, repositioning or exchanging your breast implants and performing a redo breast lift which would help to better center your breast tissue back on top of the implant while revising all of those scars. Revision cases like this are challenging and depending on the circumstances, you may also benefit from an "internal bra mesh" to help give you better longevity such as a durasorb monofilament mesh. Be sure to ask your plastic surgeon about what can be done differently to prevent you from obtaining the same results. Good Luck!

I'm sorry to say this, but the drooping and scars will likely not be fixed by anything other than revision surgery. Examination would help determine the best plan about where scars and the lift need to be revised.

The technique I recommend is The Bellesoma Method. This will reshape your breast tissue creating upper pole fullness without implants, elevate them higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage. Vertical scars are avoided, nipple sensation (in 95%) and the ability to breast feed are maintained if not injured during your previous surgery.

Hello, thank you for your question. Sorry you had to go through that experience. Certainly speak to your plastic surgeon about your dissatisfaction. Hopefully they are not willing to listen or aid in your goals. Part of the issue is that over time even with the tightest lift, with gravity the breast tissue naturally fall. Consider the option of either reducing the size of your implant and/or placing it under the muscle so that the muscle supports the weight of the implant. Hope this works out for you.

You will need a scar revision to remove all of your anchor scars and close again by a surgeon expert in breast surgery. But most importantly, you will need long term tape therapy to support the skin during the 3 month healing process where nascent scar is still weak and prone to spreading.

The lower skin if the breast has stretched out leaving a bottoming out of your breasts. You need more skin removed in a horizontal direction to give them a better shape .your scars are it terrible but the procedure would also involve redoing the scars

Your breasts are large enough that they have sagged again. You could have a revision using the inferior incision only to re-lift the breasts and remove excess skin and add mesh for better support. You might need to go down in size with the implants for less weight.
