Has Tummy Tuck or Mini Tummy Tuck gone wrong?? (photos)

Based on the photos alone it is difficult to tell what procedure you had. Without knowing when the surgery was it is also difficult to gauge how it should look at this point. If the surgery was very recent then you may still be swollen. If you aren't having any medical problems that need to be addressed urgently it is probably best to not worry about it for now and get a consultation with a different board certified plastic surgeon near you 6-12 months after surgery when things have healed better to see if you need some sort of revisionary procedure. It is hard to tell from
your pictures what exactly was done during your surgery. However, you do appear
to have a lot of remaining excess skin and high scar placement. It looks like
you may need a revision in the future. I recommend discussing your dissatisfaction
with your results with your PS and consulting another board certified PS who is
experienced in tummy tucks for a second opinion. Best regards.

This is best addressed with your surgeon or, even better, have an examination of your postop result in person.
