Hi.I got a multiple area major liposuction surgery done on 6th May 2015.All my ports got/became keloids & the doctor administered kenacort injections thrice with a gap of 3 weeks in btwn every set of injections.Now I have reduced keloids HOWEVER they've got visible white patches around them please advise as to 1.why this occurrence of white patches post kenacort 2.Are these permanent 3.how can one restore skin colour in those patches 4.CAN THIS BE THE ONSET OF VITILIGO?!? I AM EXTREMELY WORRIED

It is normal to have areas of the lower body very swollen after liposuction. Usually all that is needed is time to settle these areas. If it persists after a few months then I would contact my surgeon.
