Why my chest is like a teen girls breast? (photos)

Dear ankurrana,   Thanks for submitting your pictures. Breasts enlargement in a male is called professionally - Gynecomastia. The enlargement can be fat alone or breast tissue alone or combination of the two. From your pictures and your description of a lump , it appears that you have the combination. The fat part can be reduced by weight loss, though it requires discipline and it is not easy. The breasts lump can be improved only surgically. From the surgical stand point, the fat is removed by liposuction tubes and the breasts tissue is cut out through small incision under the areola. Patients are relieved significantly after surgery and I have patients who were never  shirtless at the beach or at the Gym. All that changed completely after surgery. Always, consult with experienced board certified plastic surgeon who operate in accredited surgery center for your safety. Physical exam would be helpful, but it appears that you have Gynecomastia. It is fairly common, but since you are 22 and diet and exercise has not worked, then surgery is your only option. Seek out a board certified plastic surgeon with lots of experience in Gynecomastia surgery. Good luck!

You have a mild form of gynecomastia which is quite common. If it has not resolved by 22 however it most likely won't so if it bothers you a lot then you should get a consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon near you to see what your options are. Best of luck! 

You have gynecomastia which is a relatively common condition. With your medical doctor, you should first make sure there are no manageable conditions which are causing this. If not, you can proceed with correction of your breast fullness which is usually accomplished through a small incision around your areola and removal of the breast tissue. This is usually combined with liposuction for contouring.

This sounds like gynecomastia.  You should seek the advice of your primary care doctor who can help you.  There are surgical alternatives if this becomes necessary.

Development of breast tissue around puberty is fairly common in young males. Usually this resolves with time. When he persist the condition is called gynecomastia. It might require some surgical excision but often times liposuction alone will fix the problem.

Ankurrana, Thank you for posting your photographs with your question. Some men complain of "Puff nipples" and find it distressing. It usually begins in adolescence and may go away. If it has not, by this point it will not spontaneously. The lump that you are feeling behind your nipples is the firm breast glandular tissue. Fat is soft. You can have a procedure, under local anesthesia, if you wish, to surgically remove the tissue with minimal scarring.
