I believe I have level 2 ptosis, and between my hatred of the appearance, and then the lack of functionality for when I bind (as I am genderfluid), I would do almost anything to change them. My breasts are done forming for the most part, but could there be a way to fix them even just a bit with whatever formative time there is left? I don't want to get a procedure, but if that's the only option then I will heavily consider it. I am 16, never pregnant, 175 lbs, 5"3', and roughly 36/38 DD/DDD

It does not appear the you have significant constriction of your breasts. They do not appear tubular. I think that you would have a very nice result with a breast augmentation. Your wish photos appear to be realistic as you have a great starting place.
