Rock in sock look. Any suggestions?

Hello, I am 21 years old when I was 16 I had a breast reduction/ lift WITHOUT implants. Everything was great except my scars, then I got pregnant my breast stretched or a lot and later lost a ton of volume, I got a "lift" and 300cc saline implants over the muscle, I don't think the doctor lifted my breast at all they sagged even more then before... I am now 2 days post op and I just got an actual Anchor lift and 450cc silicone implants over the muscle, will I get the "rock-n-sock" look again?

It is hard to say so early after surgery and with bandages in place how your eventual look will be.  I would be very cautious in the early period and support your breasts at all times with a bra until the scarring has matured so your ptosis does not recur.  Best wishes!

Hello Newbody. While gravity will pull some of the tissues down over your lifetime, I would suggest that it's not likely for you to have another rock in the sock situation - barring any unforseen changes in your breasts due to disease, pregnancy, and weight gain/loss. Best, Dr. ALDO.

At this point in your recovery, it is much too soon to be
worried about the outcome.  It takes time for the implants to settle into
position and the skin and muscle to stretch out to accommodate the new implant.
 It may be 6 months or more before the shape has reached its final
look.  Be patient.

It appears you may be able to have a secondary lift to achieve a more perky look. You should wait several months for everything to heal. Discuss this with your PS.

Hi Lullixo, Thank you for your question. I'm glad your PS in Miami has completely recreated your lift and has given you new gel implants (an excellent choice). Your pictures are all pre-op and your 2days out pictures are still with the dressings on. You will have such a nice improvement that will look great for a long time but not forever. A thinned skin and a larger implant will still accelerate the aging in your breast so at some point your lift will need to be retightened. Stay good pals with your PS in Miami because he is doing a fantastic job for you and you may need him again in the future. Congrats on your surgery.
