11 months post-op - can you advise on untreated prolapsed lacrimal gland? (Photos)

11 months post op. Incisions were made too high, not following the natural curvature. Now i have indented rolling scars that can't be hidden. Additionally, large divot is making things worse, what i suspect is prolapsed gland? Scars look better when i gently pull down excess skin at outer corners, but divot wont improve. Surgeon wants to cut using old incisions, i want to use my natural crease this time, gently tightening excess skin at outer corners while repositioning glands. Is this right?

Answer: It is not at all obvious that the lacrimal gland is contributing to your upper eyelid contour concerns.
