I had a mullerectomy for a very mild proptosis, I needed maybe 1mm of correction. Now I am at 10 days post surgery and all swelling has subsided, however my eyelid has completely dropped. It looks like an overcorrection, and I now look worse than I ever did with Graves. I realize now I should never have gotten this surgery, but can't change the past. Aside from speaking to the occuplastic surgeon can you advise on what the next steps should be?
