I had bi lateral lower eyelid blepharoplasty in which he re positioned that extend to my cheekbone. I deep line on one side where the fat ends. My skin is now wrinkled from being stretched over this large bump. The other eye has a swollen bump higher up. I liked my face the wya it was, I look deformed. Can this be fixed? Can the fat be removed in a new surgery?
