Can I remove the repositioned fat that was placed after lower lid blepharoplasty?

A detailed, in person exam is necessary to make an appropriate plan. However, sometimes the uneven contour of the lower lid following blepharoplasty and fat transposition is due to inflammation of the fat itself. If this is the case, an injection of a small volume of anti-inflammatory medication can significantly improve or correct the uneven contour. If time and/or injections do not correct the problem, revision surgery is often necessary.

Your problem is not the repositioned fat but the fact that you have significant volume loss that not even the repositioned fat could correct. Your surgeon should have explained this to you and the fact that you would need further volume augmentation. For people like you, many surgeons do fat grafting at the time of the blepharoplasty, though I prefer to do it or fill the loss with Juvederm Voluma after a few months. You could also use volume augmentation in the upper lids with, probably, a levator advancement.
