What procedure could lift the inner corner of my upper eyelids? (Photos)

Question

I have high eyebrows but heavyset upper eyelids. I want lower, flatter brows but not so heavy upper eyelids with a more hollow inner corner as I think it would make me look more awake/less angry all the time. Is this possible, and what procedures would I need to achieve this?

Thank you for sharing your questions and posting your photos. It appears minimal blepharoplasty would help. I would recommend against surgical lowering of your eyebrows. You could try Botox to flatten them. See an oculoplastic surgeon for in person consultation. Good luck!
