I have high eyebrows but heavyset upper eyelids. I want lower, flatter brows but not so heavy upper eyelids with a more hollow inner corner as I think it would make me look more awake/less angry all the time. Is this possible, and what procedures would I need to achieve this?

I suggest following up with your physician. If you have existing ptosis, neuromodulators (such as Botox, Dysport, Xeomin, and Jeuveau) could potentially worsen your condition. Regardless, the effects of these products will diminish in 6 to 12 months, so it should all resolve in time. Best, Dr. Emer.
