2 years ago I had ptosis surgery done on both eyelids. I had a prior surgeon inform me that my eyelids were symmetrical yet my left eyelid felt droopy at times. Now I notice my eyelids are flatter and eyes feel smaller than before which is an insecurity of mine. My eyes are also dry each morning even after using warm compress and eye drops/gel. So I’m not sure if it’s due to overcorrection or not because I can still close my eyelids.
