Fell down 7 months after BBL - is there any chance of fat loss?

any blunt trauma can cause hematoma and fat necrosis. You need to be patient and wait and see if you will get fat necrosis.

It’s unlikely that a bruise from your recent fall will cause fat loss in the area, especially seven months after your BBL, when most transferred fat cells have stabilized. Bruising and minor trauma typically don’t affect fat cells long-term. However, keep an eye on the area for any signs of unusual pain, lumps, or changes, as these could indicate more serious injury. Applying a cold compress in the first 48 hours can help with swelling; afterward, a warm compress may aid healing. If you’re concerned, consult your surgeon for a thorough evaluation.

Trauma can cause fat necrosis of both native and graft and fat.
The degree depends on the degree of injury.
For now I suggest you wait and see.
