After 70lb weight loss I booked a tummy tuck BBL combo but have considered switching to a breast aug and lift instead of the BBL because I’m concerned the 1 liter maximum is going to hinder my results and that I won’t have enough to justify the cost or difficult recovery. I had a BBL three years ago with 1000cc per side. I was able to finally lose 70lbs, however most of the loss came from my butt, hips and breasts. Will 500cc’s per side be enough to achieve projection and fill hips in?

Answer: 1 litre max lipo allowance. Will that be enough to make a difference for my BBL? Trick question! 500cc of pure fat on each side can be enough for good results depending on the patient and what they are looking for, BUT this does not seem to be your case. Please understand that 1,000cc of lipo does not translate to 1,000cc of pure fat, When doing lipo we suction fat plus fluids and some blood as well. you will definitely not have 500cc of fat for each side. Unfortunately I do not feel it will be enough for a big difference.
