You may need release of contractures with special instrumentation, revision of your crease with or without additional fat transfer. We will have to examine you.

I would get evaluated by a physician. Several things could have happened. Some of the fat could have died, causing sagging, or you might have lost weight, including the fat that was grafted. Treatment depends on the problem, but first, it has to be evaluated by an experienced plastic surgeon.

To make an assessment regarding the outcome of any plastic surgery procedure, we need to see a complete set of proper before and after pictures.
If you don’t have before and after pictures and ask your surgeon to forward the pictures they took.
At five years, your provider should still have your medical records and access to your pictures.
Don’t wait too long to get copies of your medical records, preferably including your operative report and all before and after pictures before your provider has the right to get rid of the records
