BBL, labiaplasty, and hemorrhoidectomy all in one day?

It is best however that you consult with a board certified plastic surgeon to determine whether you can have several aesthetic surgeries in one session, as this would depend on various factors including but not limited to your general health condition, the type of anesthesia that will be used, and the type of surgeries that will be performed among others.

Thank you for your query. I would advise doing the hemorrhoidectomy in a separate session but a BBL and labiaplasty can be combined. Please find an experienced board certified Plastic surgeon as well as a general surgeon who can examine you and help you with all your concerns. All the best.

Hello and thank yo for posting. BBl plus labiaplasty is very doable. Hemorrhoids are done by another type of surgeon so I don’t see how to combine these procedures, not to mention the cross contamination that may happen… Best to divide these into two separate procedures. P.S. Not a good idea to do it in the same week either.

Combining multiple surgeries in one session is sometimes possible, but it depends on factors like your overall health, the complexity of each procedure, and the surgeon’s recommendation for safe recovery. In your case, an anal procedure, labiaplasty, and a fat transfer or filler for the dented area can potentially be done together. However, because these are in sensitive areas, healing and aftercare are crucial. Discuss your goals with a board-certified plastic surgeon who can assess whether a combined approach or spacing them out would be safer for you.

You can potentially combine Labiaplasty with BBL as long as the BBL is done first. I would not suggest hemorrhoidectomy the same day since the bacteria in the anal region may cause infection. I would separate them by at least 3 months.

Personally, I would do the labioplasty as an in office procedure.
The tissues are easy to anesthetize and the procedure can easily be done in the office.
Finding a colorectal surgeon or general surgeon willing to work in conjunction with a plastic surgeon may be difficult from a logistical perspective.Many plastic surgeons are fully trained in general surgery so you may be able to find a plastic surgeon willing to do a hemorrhoidectomy
Doing combined surgeries with providers from different backgrounds is often challenging from a logistical perspective.
I suggest you first find out if you’re a good candidate for a BBL.
After that you can ask about the other procedures.
I would probably do these as separate procedures.
