The photos show a noticeable contour depression in the buttock area, but the depth and firmness of the tissue cannot be judged fully from images. If the dents are from old quinine injections, the problem may be scar tissue, fat loss, skin tethering, or deeper soft-tissue/muscle injury, so a standard BBL may improve the contour but may not completely erase the holes. The best plan is often individualized: careful fat grafting, release of scar bands, or staged treatments may be needed, and more than one session is sometimes required because scarred areas do not always accept fat evenly. A surgeon should examine whether the depression is soft and fillable or fixed and tethered before promising a result. If you consider fat grafting, choose a plastic surgeon experienced with buttock contour deformities and modern BBL safety technique. Safety matters as much as shape; fat should be placed only in the safe planes and the goal should be improvement rather than excessive volume.
