Stye scar tissue and misaligned lash line, please advise if corrective surgery can restore it? (photo)

Unable to tell from the photos what's going on. In general, eyelid chalazion get firm over time but can be surgically removed under local anesthesia. I don't know about the lashes. Need consultation. See an oculoplastic specialist.

Unforunately, the photos you have put up are very low resolution.  Scaring associated with the sty can result in long term changes in the eyelid margin.  Misdirect lashes can be a feature of this.  Profound caution is recommended in attempting to resolve this.

I'm unable to see clearly exactly what is going on with your eyelid, but in general, I would advise waiting a year to treat the eyelid, excepting that if a misdirected lash is turning inward against your eye, it should be pulled so that it doesn't scratch your eye. With full recovery, you will likely have a subtle enough scar that it won't need treatment.

Chalazia/styes are fairly common.  They can be reduced or removed with either surgery or an injection of steroid.  I cannot tell from your pictures what the problem is.  You can seek help from either an ophthalmologist or an oculoplastic surgeon.
