When can I lift light weights after rhinoplasty? Curious about the various protocols doctors give their patients.

I will obviously check with my surgeon. Just wondering based on your practice, when am I able to lift weights (small 3-5 pound weights) safely after rhinoplasty? Also, when would I be able to go slowly on an elliptical? What about sit-ups? Jumping on a mini trampoline?
