Bromelain after rhinoplasty . Will this make me lose weight?

I started taking bromelain after my surgery cause I heard pineapple enzyme is good for nasal swelling. The Bottle says “healthy digestion” I’m assuming they’re the reason why i have to use the restroom more regularly. Will this make me lose weight ? I don’t want to lose weight I’m actually under weight. I want to gain wait but after my surgery I even lost more weight.
