How long must one wait after a rhinoplasty to get buccal fat reduction and a lip lift?

Thank you for your question! It really depends on what was done to your nose to be honest. If you had your nostrils taken in of worked on at all, I usually recommend six months to allow adequate healing of this area before any manipulation from the lip lift. Last thing that you want is to have anything affect your rhinoplasty result. However if you did not, depends on what maneuvers were performed by your doc to give rigidity to the tip. I would clear it by them - it may be as soon as 3 months or they may want you to wait a full 6 months. As far as the buccal fat goes, you could do that tomorrow if you like. You should wait three months after a rhinoplasty to undergo the additional procedures of buccal lipectomy and a subnasal lip lift. That will give you adequate time to recover from your nose and ready to proceed with further facial reshaping procedures.
