I'd suggest facial feminization.  This is not only for transgender persons.  When you adjust the face like you want we are adjusting the jaw and other bones. Look at my videos about jaw contouring and facial feminization.  You can maintain any gender appearance you want, but adjusting the bones falls into that category of surgery.
