I think my face looks too round and wide. My cheeks look a bit chubby and nose tip too round. I also think that my face looks a bit too wide around the jaw. With that said, actually I'm not overweight. I am very thin person. Maybe even underweight. I had Juvederm Voluma to make the cheekbones higher (1 syringe each side) but sadly my face still looks round. I want more defined cheekbones, slim cheeks, less round nose tip and more narrow face around the jaw area. What surgeries do I need?
