I want more slim and less round face. What surgery do I need? (photos)

I think my face looks too round and wide. My cheeks look a bit chubby and nose tip too round. I also think that my face looks a bit too wide around the jaw. With that said, actually I'm not overweight. I am very thin person. Maybe even underweight. I had Juvederm Voluma to make the cheekbones higher (1 syringe each side) but sadly my face still looks round. I want more defined cheekbones, slim cheeks, less round nose tip and more narrow face around the jaw area. What surgeries do I need?

I'd suggest facial feminization.  This is not only for transgender persons.  When you adjust the face like you want we are adjusting the jaw and other bones. Look at my videos about jaw contouring and facial feminization.  You can maintain any gender appearance you want, but adjusting the bones falls into that category of surgery.

There are many things that you could consider doing to achieve your desired results. If you are bothered by your nose, a rhinoplasty would certainly lead to a less wide nose. Regarding your face, you could consider buccal fat removal and lower face liposuction. You could also consider a small chin augmentation to lengthen the chin a little bit.

I agree what others have said regarding slimming the nose and augmenting the cheeks, but that full cheeks need to be addressed also. I will typically recommend a buccal fat pad excision to reduce some of that cheekiness that you don't like. Based on the difference this creates, I would then recommend Radiesse for the cheek bones or possibly cheek implants to more accurately define the midface.

A rhinoplasty can be done to narrow your nose and give you better tip definition. Cheek augmentation will improve facial contours; I suggest you consider implants which will permanently improve cheek projection in a young man like yourself who would otherwise need repeated injections over a lifetime. With this picture it is difficult to evaluate your chin. I suggest you submit a full set of pictures as described on my website.
