Iss it safe to have filler in the mid face area three days after steroid injection in the nose tip?

I recommend a formal evaluation by your doctor who can review your goals with you. You didn’t specify where in the midface you wanted to fill. Typically, steroids and filler won’t have an interaction, but I suggest holding off on the fillers. Technically permanent or semi-permanent fillers like radiesse , bellafill or fat injections could cause an issue for rhinoplasty in the future so those should be avoided. If you plan to use filler, they should he hyaluronic acid fillers only that are reversible. These fillers are gradually absorbed by the body so it won’t worsen your appearance. See an expert. Steroid injection into the nasal tip will not affect midface filler injections now that you are 8 months past your surgery. I would be more cautious about filler injections into the bridge and tip at this time as your nose is still healing and the blood supply may not be strong enough yet to have filler safely injected. It is best to ask your surgeon if you are cleared for nasal injections prior to proceeding with direct injections into the nose. Hope this helps!

Hi,
1. It is fine to have filler in the mid-face after steroid injection but you may want to wait a week to make sure there is no compromise to your healing as even a little bit of steroid injection can limit healing for a short period of time.  The filler certainly won't disrupt your revision rhinoplasty healing.
2. Once the filler dissolves, you will look as your did before the filler was placed.
3. Regarding filler in the bridge and a small tip adjustment 4 months after, this should be fine but would depend on where the filler was placed and the amount of tissue manipulated at the tip and if these areas converge.  This is best answered by your surgeon.

You can definitely have fillers injected in the face even though you had a steroid shot in your nose. Good luck from New York City
