Is pain normal almost 1 year after liposuction? Do you recommend any tests or treatment to help?

I had aggressive liposuction almost a year ago and I still have severe pain in my back and "buffalo" hump" area. I also have pain from the blood pressure cuff during my surgery. I have taken Nuerotin this whole time which helps but doesn't take the pain away completely. Is this pain most likely be permanent?

This may be due to swelling, which can last 3-6 months after your procedure. If you're concerned, I recommend following up with your Doctor. For liposuction after care, I recommend adding hyperbaric oxygen and lymphatic massage along with your compression to help decrease swelling. To improve y...

Hello mommiesoso Most swelling and bruising will heal in the first 2 weeks, but can persist for up to 6-8 weeks. You should visit or contact your PS about this concern. #hips #thighs
