Hello! I am only 25 but I have no definition in my jawline and my cheeks are so chubby that they give me nose folds. I've noticed that I have a very weak chin and I plan on having it enhanced as well as my buccal fat pads reduced but will that be enough to get the defined jawline I dream of or will I need neck liposuction ? And if that's the case, can a non surgical option do the job? (Kybella, Cryo..) Thank tou very much!

Answer: Weak chin treatment Thanks for your question and photos. There are a few options available that could potentially treat fat under the chin and define facial features. Non invasive solutions include Kybella and laser treatments, which in my opinion have less than optimal results. Surgical option would be liposculpture of the areas of concern and complimenting that with a chin implant for a more defined jaw line and profile. Alternatively, liposuction combined with skilled fat transfer along the actual jawline to make it more pronounced including the chin is a good option especially in mild to moderate situations. Best to get an in-person consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon to discuss individual procedures that suit you.

Answer: Chin lipo The best way to advise you would be to have a personal consult to touch the skin and tissues in the jw line and chin area to assess for soft tissue and bone . Based on the picture alone the easiest and more likely treatment to give you definition is chin micro lipo. Thanks
