Surgery was 6 and a half weeks ago and I'm still extremely sore, skin feels like it's on fire underneath. Sometimes it feels as if my skin on my stomach is being stretched I tend to experience these sharp little pains underneath my skin. All of my incisions are completely healed

Hello, thanks for your question and provided information as well.. You will feel liquid moving around your stomach, it is completely normal after liposuction, if you need to be drained, go to your surgeon immediately, add compression under your garment, and you will feel better.
