Would liposuction surgery help to show off any possible built muscle I may have hidden under my abdominal fat? (Photo)

I've been doing heavy lifting workouts with the help of a personal trainer during almost one year - I've lost over 20 lbs and have become quite toned especially on the arms, shoulders and back areas. My abdominal area looks better but still showing excess of fat - I actually feel I may have some built muscle hiding under this excess of fat. Would abdominal liposuction surgery help to show off any possible built muscle I may have hidden under the remaining body fat left on my abdomen?

The reason you see a six pack, in general, is a combination of muscular development through exercise together with a low body fat percentage and thin subcutaneous fat layer, which results in the muscles showing through.Fitness competitors get this from a rigorous diet plan, prior to their competition.While liposuction might help this situation, trying to remove every bit of fat can result in a higher risk of complications, contour deformities and irregularities.  You'll still have to do some weight loss on your own, even after any lipo.

It does appear as though liposuction would help to show your abdominal muscles more.  Liposuction of the abdomen takes 1-2 hours, it can be combined with liposuction of other body areas (love handle, thighs, arms, etc), and is usually done as an outpatient procedure.

Yes, based on your picture, you would get a good result with liposuction. For best results, I recommend a hi definition procedure like VASER liposuction. I use VASER HI DEF with ThermRF and fat grafting to get the most fat removal, skin tightening, contour and definition. This combination will give you the most toned result. great candidate for waistline contouring liposuction of your abdomen, flanks,
and lower back.  This can greatly improve your overall shape with a
smaller waist.  Make sure you specifically

Zumba_Lover.  First off, you look pretty darn good!  You probably do indeed have well developed abdominal muscles hidden by stubborn fat in that region, unaffected by diet and exercise.  You are an ideal candidate for liposuction of that region because that is the only place where your body is not lean.  Go for it!  Be sure to consult with a board certified plastic surgeon.
