I got my second liposuction 1 year ago and since the beginning I had problems with extra fat left in certain areas of my abdomen and others over processed as I can tell, standing sitting or laying on bed does not show any irregularities anymore due to processes done to fix the initial issue, but... when bending I feel like is extra skin but why it doesn't show like it unless I lean or if I constrict my abs.

The fact that you had two sessions of liposuction shows that your surgeon did not recognize your abdominal anatomy, could not define it and he/she just did fat reduction liposuction, not based on your underlying muscle anatomy. You were a great candidate for VASER Hi Def lipo to create an even more athletic body, with increased muscle definition. Without an in person physical examination, it is not possible for me to say if this is “fixable” . See a board certified plastic surgeon experienced in advanced body sculpting techniques for an in person consultation/evaluation. Would not go back to the original surgeon. Good luck.

Answer: Liposuction Recovery Yazmin. Sorry you are having these issues. Skin contraction after liposuction is unpredictable but other than your tummy, cannot see problem areas in photos. Fat grafting may be an option, but best to consult with a board certified plastic surgeon. Good luck!

After liposuction, I also recommend exilis/venus legacy for skin tightening, cellutone/z wave to make the skin smooth, remove scar tissue, and improve the skin’s appearance.
