I recently got a 360 liposuction done after getting a tummy tuck done ( 6 months) ago I love my tummy tuck I just had 3 rolls of back fat and fat in my flank area. Now it’s been 3 weeks after my liposuction and I do not see any results my flanks are the same exact size and I still have back rolls the doctor said that the back would be reduced by 30-50 percent but it looks exactly the same is 30-50 percent still consist of me having the same back rolls and my flanks ?

First off, 2500 cc is 2.5 Liters, a good amount.  Three weeks is way too early to worry, as you most certainly are still swollen.  Allow at least 4-6 months to pass before worrying about final result.  Best of luck!

It is too soon to tell what your final results will be. You have swelling, which can last 3-6 months after your procedure. I recommend adding hyperbaric oxygen and lymphatic massage along with your compression to help decrease swelling. To improve your final results, I also recommend adding vanquish for further fat removal, exilis/venus legacy for skin tightening, cellutone/z wave to make the skin smooth, remove scar tissue, and improve the skin’s appearance. The anterior question requires first understanding that 454 g of fat equals 1 pound.  If you divide  2500 g of fat by 454, that equals 5.5 pounds.  That is quite a bit and difficult (fibrous) fat to get out on back areas.  There is a lot of postoperative swelling in these cases and it really takes about 4 months to get to a final result.  Stick with your surgeon and you will likely find that you will get increasingly satisfied with the result over time.
