I am looking for solutions to get more forward projecting undereye area. Looking for a long term, ideally permanent fix. I know for a fact implants can provide the most solid all around result, but the idea of infection, having to get revisions or removals, and the costs and down time associated with that really scares me from implants. I hear hydroxyapatite is an interesting option and some claim it "becomes bone". Does hydroxyapatite have risk of infection like medpor or silicon implants?
