Hello. After a lower eyelid plastic surgery with fat distribution, my eye has become small and the eyelid has lost its shape. It is mostly visible from the front and when I look towards the nose. The eyelid goes over the iris. I have become more sunken and have more wrinkles and loose skin. What could have happened? Has too much fat been taken or is the muscle retractor affected? The eyelid does not follow when I look obliquely down the nose. What can I do to get my eye bigger again?
