Upper/lower bletharoplasty done in May 2019, scars have now are wider and have whitened to be visible. Options?

Probably your best option is to have a scar revision with a plastic surgical closure. Once the sutures are removed then a series of Fraxel restore non-ablative laser treatments every 3-4 weeks until the incision line is improved. Good luck and be well.

It is normal for scars to hypo pigment, and eventually become lighter than your skin color.
I think your surgeon did a good job blending the car into a natural skin wrinkle.
Your results look fairly typical and I think you should not expect much difference.
When a significant amount of skin is removed the scar has to be taken out much further in order to avoid a contour irregularity called a dog ear.
Overall, I think your surgeon did a good job.
To make an accurate assessment regarding the outcome of any plastic surgery procedure we generally need to see a complete set of proper before and after pictures.
If you don’t have before, and after pictures, then ask your surgeon to forward the pictures they took.
We typically don’t assess upper eyelid scars with the eyes closed since the world. It doesn’t see you that way.
